Everyone types a name and a practice budget that feels real to them. Say it out loud: "Nobody risks a dollar tonight. We're building the skill before the stakes."

Risk Temperature · 10 min

Everyone takes the quiz solo, then go around the room: Embers, Flames, Blazes, Phoenixes. Normalize the spread. There's no wrong temperature, only a wrong match between temperature and portfolio.

Learn the Arsenal · 15 min

Walk one asset class at a time. For each, ask "Who's owned this? What happened?" Real stories beat definitions every time.

The Forge · 15 min

Everyone drags sliders to exactly 100%. Watch the risk meter. Call on a few people: "Your quiz says Ember, your mix says Blaze. Talk to me."

Trial by Fire · 10 min

Run the Bear Market first so they feel the drop, then Steady Decade over 10 years so they feel compounding. Losses teach faster than gains.

The Vault · 5 min

Everyone saves "Draft 1." Homework: build a second version this week and compare the two before your next session.

🧠 Coach's corner. The whole night runs on one cognitive-behavioral loop: situation, thought, feeling, action. A crash is the situation. "I'm losing everything" is the thought. Panic is the feeling. Selling at the bottom is the action. The simulator is exposure practice: let them feel the drop here, catch the thought out loud, and rehearse the better action while nothing's at stake. That rehearsal is the real product tonight.
